Location was handy to everything, very close to the metro and train and other sights. Loads of options to eat, but they would be known as tourist traps. People outside trying to coax you inside. The rooms are very warm, air-con was set to heat due to the time of year. Hotel tried to switch it to cool when I asked, but when it didnt work, they told me to open the window. I had been doing that, but when you're woken up at 3am with the heat (24oC) in the room, opening a window in a busy and lively area doesnt equate to a good night sleep!

We stayed for 2 nights and we absolutely loved this hotel. It is centrally located, close to all the transit stations, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The hotel itself was very clean and pleasant.

El lugar en general espectacular el servicio, limpieza, presentación,el hotel está muy bonito y muy bueno el desayuno. La ubicación es excelente es bien céntrica. Lo único que tengo que admitir es que la habitación aunque es muy bonita el espacio es bien reducido y no cabe una maleta en el piso (abierta)prácticamente. Pero si tuviera a volver me quedaría sin ningún problema.

The staff is incredibly incompetent and inconsistent. One night we were able to order breakfast at 1:15 am due to jet lag the next day we could not order breakfast at 12:10. Property does not feel clean. Gross carpentry and bathrooms that do not feel sanitary. Overall I would not recommend staying here

L’hôtel est dans est super bien placé. Par contre, il faudrait refaire quelque retouche. Pour le prix payer, j’ai eu des hôtels beaucoup mieux entretenu. La chambre était correct, mais la salle de bain avait besoin d’amour. Trous dans la douche, avec substance louche pour les rebouchers. Les crochets étaient sur le point de tomber. Bof, pour le prix payer, je ne conseil pas.

I was in town with my sister for a fall break and we had a lovelg stay here. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The rooms were really nice and super clean. Had a small fridge and coffee maker. Hairdryer, good shampoo etc. The completely sound proof doors were super effective - its on a busy street, but with the windows closed you do not hear a thing. Its super centrally located and so easy to get around. Breakfast is really good and with loads of options. We had such a great stay here and i would absolutely come back!

Staff was very friendly. The room was small but comfortable and nice. We left some of our things behind by accident and they emailed us to let us know, the honesty was appreciated and we were able to retrieve our things. I would absolutely stay here again!
