Helpful staff and good service

Staff are friendly and the two male staff are extremely helpful. They were informative and told us where to visit and suggested us some good resturants. There was some problem with my coffee machine in my room and the staff was proactive to solve the problem .

Staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly, professional and went well above our expectations to help out with our questions, suggestions and my own cell phone issues. Location was great, walkable to many attractions, bars and restaurants. Room was clean and again, staff was so warm and friendly and made us feel welcome to our first visit to Lisbon. We were pleased to see that the room looked exactly like the pictures online. We were in the annex section room 207 and had great views of the Rossio Plaza and the street having one window on each side. I especially liked that the windows opened, but when closed had great soundproofing. It was a wonderfully central location with easy access to dining, shopping and sightseeing. We had a comfy queen size bed. The room and bath were small but well appointed and very cozy. Shower was powerful with plenty of hot water and very nice towels. Just note there are no facecloths. Our room was right by the breakfast area. Breakfast was very good. We had paid ahead for it to be included with our 3 night stay. Housekeeping was good. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful with information and booking us a tour to Sintra. They spoke English very well. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and to stay here again.

Mixed Stay – Great Location but Noisy Nights I recently stayed at Rossio Plaza Hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the location is unbeatable — right in the heart of everything, with easy access to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. The room itself was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. However, the major downside was the noise. The environment was extremely loud, especially at night, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Whether it was street noise, thin walls, or hallway activity, it definitely impacted the overall comfort of my stay. If you’re a heavy sleeper or plan to be out late, this might still be a good option for the location alone. Otherwise, it may not be the best fit for those seeking peace and quiet.

We stayed twice at this hotel, before and after our cruise. We are so glad we chose to do that as we would have been sad if we had chosen another hotel after our cruise. There are many hotels close by to dine at. Also the Santa Justa lift is right around the corner and Rossio Square is just down the road. We loved everything about this hotel. Thank you so much for keeping it so clean and well maintained.

Checkin was fast, we loved Gustavo who was so friendly and hospitable. We loved we could do luggage drop off. Also loved that our suitcases were in our room when we returned later to pick up our room key. The property was clean, updated and quiet. It has a elevator. The breakfast was served in a bright and well maintained dinning room and had a good selection with wonderful cappuccino. The only thing I would complain about is the air freshener they use in the rooms. I didn’t have a issue but my husband is very sensitive to scents. Remember this is Europe so don’t expect large rooms, to us it was no different than the room sizes on a cruise ship. Otherwise everything was perfect and you are within walking distance to many of the attractions. Also Uber is able to drop you right off at the front door of the hotel.
