“Room was tiny. No reception. We never saw anyone that worked for the hotel. This was especially a problem when some people staying at the hotel got locked out at 3am and spent half an hour banging on the door trying to get someone to let them in. ”

“This stay was truly a dream. The property this cabin is located on is absolutely beautiful. upon entering we could tell that this place was built with a keen eye. Everything was laid out perfectly. “Fabulous views and location on the water, very near the centre of town. Four good comfortable double beds, 3 bathrooms with showers and toilets, plenty of towels, blankets, pillows etc. Kitchen well provisioned with some nice extras provided: milk, cereal, waters, cokes, biscuits, coffee beans with grinder and coffee filters/machine etc. All nice and clean. “I was looking for a place to write and walk about Galway. This was a great location and VERY quiet! Expect a mile walk to get most places but there was a fantastic little pub three blocks away with nightly music by local friends sitting together, not a tourist place. “From the moment we walked in, we were in love with this lovely home. As hosts, they thought of everything!! You will feel spoiled and pampered when you stay here. In the refrigerator, we were gifted local smoked salmon, Irish cheese, Irish crackers, fresh eggs, milk and juice. There were real wool throw blankets curled up next to the over stocked fireplace.

“Bar/restaurant downstairs and b&b upstairs. Had dinner at the restaurant and I had the best fish and chips. Breakfast was really good as well. They had a breakfast menu you order from and it’s well done. Was worried at first since they had live music at 9pm thinking that it would be noisy but they did good job at noise proof. Cliff oh Moher was only less than 30 minutes away by car. Very nice location for that. ”
