“The staff member are very friendly. I arrived the hotel way too early, but still they provided the room for me. The room is nice and clean. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is next to a shopping mall, and it only takes two minutes walk to there.”

Only one bad is the shower in bathroom. The water is too weak. Difficult to turn medium warm water. Sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold. Really bad experience. Other than this, excellent!”
“The staff at this hotel are cheerful, efficient and knowledgeable. The facilities are very good and very clean. Restaurant portions are very large and affordable. Location is a three minute walk from the main train station and it is an excellent place to stay prior to entering or after leaving Ukraine. When there do not miss visiting the town square just a five minute walk away.”
“I spent a night there with some colleagues durign a work trip, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and were nicely clean.
The decor is quite horrendous thou, but hey.
Staff was very welcoming and useful too and the place is in a nice location.
