Quelques loupés au niveau de la propreté et pas mal de dysfonctionnements (TV de l'étage avec une très mauvaise retransmission, draps et serviettes en nombre insuffisant,...) et un tout petit problème de propreté qui par contre est quand même moins excusable. Sinon la communication a été fluide et appréciée. L'astreinte / dépannage à distance mise en place au sein de cet établissement a permis de me……

“The 3-pax room was very small, seemed smaller that what was shown in the website photos, that we could hardly turn ourselves after laying down the 2 luggages. We are petite Asians, so imagine the situation.....Hygiene level was just acceptable, the shower head was full of black mildew, which could cause pneumonia to those with weak immunity. But thanks to the hotel staff, that was replaced immediately. ”

"Room is clean and comfort, location not in the center, but can walk 10 mins to main shopping street. We booked a suite, we drove 4 hours there at 3:00pm and the room is not ready, a bit disappointed. "

" Amazing Hotel! Recently renovated, this hotel is located in a quiet alley in the city center. It’s quiet and clean, with beautiful design and modern amenities. The breakfast is delicious! The staff is also friendly and helpful. Access to tea, coffee, and water in the lobby is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. "
