Located in the pretty village of Lit-et-Mixe, this house is ideal for a vacation with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 8 people and offers a perfect setting between forest and ocean. Cap de l'Homy beach is just 7 km away, accessible either by a bike path located just 200 m away and which crosses our beautiful forests, or by a free shuttle in season. Contis beach is also nearby, approximately 9 km away.
The house offers a cozy living room with a dining area, a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, and all the essentials for cooking. A laundry room completes the amenities with a refrigerator-freezer, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. For sleeping accommodations, the house features two bedrooms with double beds (140 cm), a third bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), and a separate sleeping area with a double sofa bed.
