Absolutely stunning brand new home in Litchfield Park, close to Verrado area!!!

Unbelievably gorgeous single story brand new home with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, also a pullout queen sofa in the study area. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood with tons of walking trails and parks close by. Super close to a lot of shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. I really believe you will love and enjoy staying in this home in Arizona. For the tv lovers we have direct tv, an 85” screen in the great room, 75” in the primary bedroom and 75” in the study area. WiFi is of course available for your use.

This place was exactly what my family & I were looking for. With two little ones (2.5 years old & 6 month old) it was homey, kid friendly, & clean. We were very comfortable. Amber was a great host & was very accommodating to everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Thank you for such an awesome place to stay & for making it feel like home!

We really wasn't expecting everything to be exactly as describe, but they were. The main rooms are spacious and large enough for everyone. All the rooms and appliances were clean and functional.The best part for us: we were able to use our wheelchair and walker without much effort.Home is close to Hwy 10 and necessary stores. Downtown was a short trip. Airport 45mins on a Friday night.If I had to change anything it would be:1. Put a luggage rack in the main bedroom. The bench in the closet is nice, but not adequate.2. Wash with Persil detergent. Our towels weren't very clean.A small change, that would be greatly appreciated.I would be a repeat visitor, if we visit the area again.

This place was amazing! It was perfect for our two families wanting to enjoy spring training with their kids. Location was central to all the stadiums. The home had everything we needed and whenever we had any questions or concerns, they were promptly answered. Couldn’t recommend it more.

From the start of the booking until the minute we locked the door to leave, I cannot express how much my family loved the home.We have used VRBO a few times but this was the first time I did the communication and booking and Amber was there every step of the way for me and made my experience awesome and she set a high bar for everyone other host, thank you Amber!

I love this home as it is new, the furnishings are all new and the location is perfect for my family. My daughter lives in Verrado only 5 minutes from this home. This trip, there were five of us adults and it was a comfortable home away from home. Communication with the owner is easy as she is always available. I'm looking forward to returning.

This property was spotless, fresh & super clean. I am OCD clean & this property far exceeded my expectations. The property manager’s communication was clear, precise & easy to follow. Also the manager was extremely nice and she went far and beyond in the communication to make my family vacation the best. The property was stocked with all the amenities needed. If I’m ever in the Phoenix area this will always be my go to destination. The house was in a great safe brand new development and the neighborhood was very quiet. The home also came equipped with motivational quotes in picture frames in almost every room!
