“The hotel outside and inside is very clean and the checkin staff was outstanding, she explained everything, was super helpful and even had my room ready earlier than check in time. “We stayed here the night before a Royal Carribean Cruise. We were so pleased with everything. Above anything else, the staff were so friendly, helpful and accomodating. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious and the breakfast was perfect. We also took the free hotel shuttle to the cruise port and this worked seamlessly. Would highly recommend staying here before a cruise or any time. ”
