“The property was as described and very clean with great decor. A nice clean very quiet neighborhood . “After going to multiple hotels from being displaced from my home last week, this was by far the best hotel that I could afford and not feel stressed and worried about the cleanliness, bed bugs, the anxiety, the stress it just went away. The front guest clerk were very welcoming and catered to the needs of each individual guest. As I watched, there was such consistency and the customer service there and I am very appreciative for that. Thank you”

“It was a good place to stay. The only set back was that my room did not have hot water when using the shower. I complained but nothing really happened until my last night. That’s when they switched my room. ”
