A leak itself is not typically an issue, it happens; however, this leak had clearly been ongoing for quite some time given the damage to the wall and mold growth leaving a strong must on the lower level.The……

“Wife and I stayed here during repairs on our home. It kept us in the neighborhood. It had the space we needed, walking distance to some good places (e.g., Parsons North Brewing, Plank's on Parsons, IGA, etc.).”

“Stayed at this wonderful apartment for 8 nights during Congress because it’s 1.5 miles away. Brought my dog who loved the extra room and grassy areas. At first I was a little worried about the neighborhood but after a day I was totally at ease and loved that the Kroger is directly across the street! Previous guest left the tv I’m French but the owner promptly fixed that. Will dry stay here next year”
