“Cottage was good. Expected to have a full stove not just a hot plate.”

“It was not the host’s fault, but the town’s major water main break meant no showering and definitely no drinking the muddy brown water flowing through the taps. He supplied four small bottles of water later the next day. He did try to keep in touch, but with the limited internet service, my phone didn’t work while inside the unit, so messages were delayed. It would have been so much better with some sun. Couldn’t really use the outdoor space.”

“Hosts have done a remarkable job of making their place as comfortable as possible. The house is located next to an Inn with restaurant and brewery and offers delicious food and great craft beer. Highly recommend staying here. ”

“Amazing!!! Wayne was over the top accommodating! We had bought a couple of cooked lobsters thinking we had a means to heat them up! Wayne invited us to his home and gave them a quick boil for us so we could enjoy a taste of NFLD! Wayne and his wife sent us packing with paper plates, cutlery, and paper towel, and instructions on how to eat our lobster! Later in the evening we walked down to the harbour for ice cream, and met some of his family who invited us to their back deck on the water……

“The units need morehooks in the bedrooms to hank clothing on. The BBQ was in very poor shape. Very limited comfortable seating at night to watch T.V ,relax or read a book. Comfortable seatting for no more than 2 people.”
