“There were a number of issues with this property. First it was not the property shown in the Expedia photo, nor was it in the location indicated on Expedia. Second, there was no remote control for the air conditioner unit in the main living area downstairs so it could not be turned on. Due to the extreme heat outside the two units in the upstairs bedrooms struggled to cool those rooms, and the whole unit was very uncomfortable to be in. Third, the customer service was appalling. “The property is in a lovely location, very quiet a a peaceful - you really need a car as nowhere nearby to get supplies, it’s basic, but immaculate and with everything you need. Sharon was very helpful, but we sadly we were unable to meet Gabriela and Douglas on this occasion, we had read such glowing reviews about them. (I hope you are feeling better, and hopefully we may get to come again and meet you). Deep bay is a 20 min walk and is just gorgeous. ”

“Beautiful historic sugar plantation; only 7 large rooms. Walking distance to Dickinson bay; although big hill on return had us pay $10 for a taxi. Good restaurant on site. Great for an over night close to restaurant. Staff was great!!”

“Absolutely recommended. The hotel is located at a beautiful historical building in English Harbor. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. The premise has a lot to offer including a beatiful historical harbor and great seafood dinner on Friday evening. I am happy to spend my birthday at such nice hotel and in the beautiful island of Antigua!”
