“Stayed 3 nights in June. Tessie met us at property after easy check in. Ample parking for SUV and trailer. Nice carport area. Peaceful setting. Very clean and nicely appointed, everything you need during stay. Bed was very comfortable. Nice screened in porch on lake side. Will stay again when in area.”

“We chose to stay close to home this year so we could take our senior pets on vacation with us. We found the perfect place in The Waterfront Cottage. It has a large fenced in yard overlooking the lake with beautiful views. The house was very cozy and beds were really comfortable. It had everything we needed and then some! Relaxed and quiet it was still only a few minutes into town for food and/or supplies. And Candice was readily available if needed. I would give it 10 stars if I could! ”

The house was very nicely Appointed and had all the modern conveniences necessary to be comfortable. The home has a HUGE pool which made it very nice for a cool dip.The owner communication was nice, he reached out on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this home for anyone staying in Chapin without the need to……

“I really loved how the house was decorated and how spacious it was. Everything was very clean from the floors, to the bedrooms, to the bathrooms everything was just perfect overall ”

Screened in building was great for sitting out in the rainstorm we had with frogs croaking… the pier was great for watching the sunset and herons flying by… interior had everything we needed… comfortable beds for recharging the batteries…. Cute local small towns to explore and Dreher Island park great for a hike.”
