“Property is very well maintained and the gardens are pristine and functional with edible herbs and veggies. It is a walk to the nearby beach at Sally’s Point so plan for comfortable shoes, bug spray, and long sleeves/ pants when you cross the grassy area. Mosquitos were plentiful and hungry, but lots of pollinators too, so I’d rather plan for mosquitos than see areas sprayed. Apartment was well supplied and clean. Host was super friendly and other staff were great. ”

“We had a really great time this weekend. There were great amenities, lots of seating, and lots of kitchen supplies - which made our stay super easy. Great view of the water, so beautiful. Kid friendly too. We wish there was a queen or double rather than two singles in the third room for connivence. And service was bad in the area, but the internet worked great. Overall, a lovely stay on the island. ”

“Dave is a fantastic host, the property is exactly as advertised. Modern, bright, furnished very well, all the amenities that you need, great views. It's an easy drive to Souris. The local beach is well maintained and quiet. Highly recommend.”

“We were blown away by the breathtaking views of the sea, which were visible from every window as well as from the bed. “We stayed at this wonderful home which exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed having a restaurant across the street, strolling along the walkway, ocean view and relaxation in the hot tub. “We appreciated the view of the ocean and sights of many beautiful birds. The private and quiet setting allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our stay. The swimming pool was a great bonus which we took advantage off. Bothwell beach was stunning and just a short 2 min drive from the cottage. The cottage itself was spacious and was well equipped.”

“We stayed in Suite 2 (Two queen beds). This little spot was a super easy check-in with quick communication from the host. It is literally steps away from almost anythinh you would need. The room itself was clean with all the modern perks you’d expect with fridge, sink, toaster, grill, and a nice bathroom/shower (however, the sink faucet in the bathroom leaks and should be replaced). The main area has a TV with roku and there is a mini split for AC and ceiling fan which were both lifesavers……

“Plover Dunes is a PEI dream! My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and comfortable cottage. The accommodations were sparkling clean and spacious, extremely well appointed and thoughtfully decorated and laid out, with everything you can think of. It was a wonderful space for a family get together and the kids loved it too. The views are spectacular and the beach is absolutely gorgeous and peaceful. We would love to come back, and we can’t recommend Plover Dunes highly enough!……
