“The property was lovely, very clean, well-equipped and in a very good location. It was quiet and peaceful, but close to the estate facilities including the excellent pool complex and the bar/restaurant. Catherine, the owner, was very helpful and went beyond our expectations to resolve the one issue that we had while we were there. “We travelled from the US to visit with family and friends and we were pleased to learn of all the amenities that come with this property. We were able to rent bikes, kayaks, SUPs, and tennis rackets. The lake view from the back of the property was lovely.”

“We came from Canada to visit family and this was the ideal place! Charming, warm, well-equipped cottage with comfy beds and lots of room to entertain. We could invite family and friends over to the restaurant, or get wonderful frozen dishes at the resort store, plus wine and ice cream. Everywhere was level and paved so our less mobile visitors were able to join us on walks.”

“Our Accomodation met all our needs. The kitchen was a little small but adequate. We loved being able to paddle board from the rear of our Accomodation. We did get stuck in the reeds though. Perhaps they need a little trim. The outdoor pool was heated so the kids were happy to splash around before dinner. We didn’t use the Spa. We did a couple of walks around the village and a little bit of nature spotting. I think it would be a good idea to create a larger adventure play area for the 10+……

“Such a beautiful property right on the lake. It was perfect for our family get together and the teens loved being able to take their paddle boards straight off the jetty onto the lake. Lots to do in the surrounding area as well. Great support from orion holidays on site. Replaced the bedding for my sister within half an hour to help her allergy! Amazing team”
