This was hands down the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Where do I start… Not only were we given the wrong room but the hotel was out of pillows and towels when our new room was lacking a set. We were told the AC is controlled at the front desk and has to be turned on there. It seemed to turn off every 30 minutes without cooling. There was NO hot water, NO shampoo, and NO help from the front desk. The agent on duty repeatedly told me she had no manager I could speak to about the issues and I have yet to hear from anyone within the company after emailing them directly. An added bonus was the smell of a certain drug floating through the lobby and floors while rap music was blasting in the common area. I only wish I could post that video to share. Stay FAR away from here. I wish I had.

The hotel and staff excellent. Dining options not so. A number of homeless in parking structure smoking. That is a turn off. Looking for restaurants was also uncomfortable. Too many homeless roaming the area across the freeway where the restaurants are located. Some are no longer there, but remain listed. Ended up with fast food and that also was nasty.

The staff was friendly. There was water/ceiling damage in our room that we mentioned a couple of times, apparently wasn't urgent. Parking down under the property was convenient because it rained most of the time we were there. However, it's pretty creepy. Rooms were quiet, clean, no issues there.
