Nice, quiet, and quaint studio home. Located in Little Rock's Downtown Capital View district, this property has a great view of the Capital and even the Arkansas River while still being tucked away and hidden. 7 mins from the William J. Clinton Library and Museum, 5 mins from the Arkansas Children's hospital, and 3 mins from the Arkansas RiverTrail.

Sleep soundly on the award winning Nectar Mattress, get going with your Keurig once you are awake, and unwind in front of your 55 inch Roku enabled smart tv at the end of your day. Fully equipped kitchen allowing you to prepare just about any meal. All needed amenities included throughout home to live well.
