“Family trip. We wish we could stay there longer to enjoy the silent ambient and also the facilities. We have a big room and it is very convenience to parking our car directly at the front door of our "house". We encountered a snake at the pool and the staff there attended it and helped monitor it to ensure we feel safe. ”

“We were at The Carmel for 3 nights and they did not change the linen during our stay or make the bed. We didn't make a request but I had expectations that if guests were staying for more than 1 night that someone would attend to the room. Apart from this, the location was good and the staff very helpful.”
“Nice holiday park with many amenities sadly our visit was short and we couldn't use most. I'd recommend spending a couple days here in warm weather to experience all the park has to offer. May be nice if they offered a discount if youre not using the Waterpark. ”
