“We made our way from Boston to attend my niece's wedding @ a delightful venue in Mohican State Park. We knew very little about the area and searched nearby VRBO"s. Sam's Loft on Main Street in quaint Loudonville proved to be a gem, ie, sparkling clean, smartly decorated, with plenty of natural light. We've stayed at many VRBOs primarily in the Northeast, and would rate Sam's in the top quartile. So, bottom line, if your travels take you to the Mohican area, set yourself up for a comfortable……

“Private apartment built on to unique century schoolhouse. Hosts were incredible! Everything was impeccably clean. ”

“A great property and an incredibly accommodating host. Clean, well appointed in overall a very comfortable stay. Even with road construction going on near the property it was no inconvenience to access. It’s ample parking area. Overall, I’d stay there again in a minute.”

“Clean and roomy, booked for location and separate bedrooms/baths. Quiet stay. Had to fix thermostat ourselves to get the AC working and one of the showers wasn’t usable. Had no water pressure (checked the shutoffs but they looked ok). Pre arrival email mentioned parking pass in lockbox but found only keys. After some back and forth with support just had the license plates for our vehicles reported to office. Support was prompt in contacting property for maintenance issues but no one ever showed.……
