“They were very accommodating allowing us to check in early at 10:00am, instead of 2:00pm without hesitation or additional costs. Great value , comfortable, private and highly recommended to try if you are ever in town the area. “Everything was lovely. Wipe benches due to ‘nature’ visitors when unattended as expected in bushy area. Rooms nice. Supermarket would be the only thing i avoid next time across the road. The staff were lovely but one of their elder workers (lady) was rude to us for sitting in their dining area as she was rushing around. We were there for disability respite and she definitely made us feel unwanted. ”

“Staff is good and helpful. Just only one point to make me very unhappy. I visit Ｈotels.com to look for the room photo and see the room have balcony (it's my main reason why I reservation for this hotel). After check the room is no balcony at room. I'm discuss with front desk and they inform me not every room have balcony and today no any balcony room is available. If you need balcony room, you can pay AUD100 upgrade it. It's looks hotels.com cheat me. If not every room have balcony need……
