It is in a quiet location but very close to the spectacular coastal sights and the coastal path in North Cornwall and North Devon. There are also several walking loops right from the residence around the nearby countryside. It is an excellent spot for birdwatching and relaxing. In general there seems to be a number of small maintenance issues needed in the property, such as the oven, radiator permanently on (solved by turning all the heating off). Loose door handles.
