“Comfortable, well stocked and quiet apartment. Great view of rowers on the Charles. Only about a 10 minute walk to the T in Harvard Square. Off street parking is a huge bonus. Driveway is tight and it could be a problem if there were several cars, but not for us as we mostly left the car. There are two flights of stairs, but they are well lit and manageable. ”

“The house overall was great. Very cute, exactly as pictured. Everything was clean. The only drawback was the back door/laundry room. The lock on the back door was kind of janky, which as women traveling was a little offputting, but i told the owner and he said he would have it fixed. Also, the back steps to the laundry room weren't very well lit and it was just awkward. Overall, we were happy. ”

“Our 2nd overnight stay here was quite comfortable. The home is in excellent condition, thoughtfully equipped, and spotlessly clean. It's located conveniently, just a short walk from several places with takeout and a CVS, and just a short drive from the Boston suburban highways, It's on a quiet, dead-end street in a nice neighborhood. “The apartment is in the "basement" of the house. The house itself and the Property are very pretty. The inside had to be accessed through the garage but you can walk right in without going up or down any stairs. The washer and dryer in the hallway work very well. In the room the microwave is new and works. There is also a towel fan and portable room heater. I did not find any central air conditioning controls although there were vents in the rooms.
