Relax with the whole family at this peaceful waterfront townhouse on Lake Gaston with convenient central location! Close to grocery store, restaurants, & marina where you can access boat/jet-ski rentals & more! Kayaks & paddle board available for guest use. Fully stocked kitchen. Gas fire pit & grill. Balconies with stunning lake & wildlife views right off the bedrooms! Arcade & Bar area in second living space. Guests can spread out & relax after a day on the lake! Boat slip available without extra charge. New & clean!

The space
King bed in master bedroom with private bathroom. Master and queen bed guestroom have balcony access! Main level also has a balcony off dining room. Lower level has Arcade machine, dry bar, and multiple TVs for sports viewing. Main level has a front bedroom with workspace. Additional bedroom has bunk beds for extra sleeping arrangements. Four full bathrooms total!

Other things to note
We provide a small starter supply of toiletries, paper goods, and garbage bags for your convenience. Guests may need to purchase additional supplies for longer stays

This place is fantastic. Clean, comfortable and perfect for our stay. The setup is great for a group with four bedrooms and a great common area. We didn't use the downstairs game room but that's a nice bonus too. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the views of the lake - especially while enjoying our morning coffee. Good communication from the owners. We'll definitely book this place again.

Perfect in every way

We rent A LOT—skiing, kayaking, you name it. This may be the most well-appointed rental in which we’ve stayed, at least in the US. Everything was in terrific shape (either brand new or super clean—from the blender to the linens). The amenities didn’t feel cheap — even the toilet paper and paper towels were of good quality. The kitchen was stocked with high quality appliances and nice cookware. Plenty of supplies meant that we didn’t have to run to the store for anything other than food. Decor was not tacky—a plus. The beds were comfortable and it felt that the owners put a lot of thought into the small details (for example, the kitchen cabinets were labeled). Kayaks and paddle board were in terrific shape with plenty of life vests for any size. The game room was fun. The neighborhood is quiet and clean—terrific access to the water. Couldn’t ask for more.
