The house being one level and not needing to take steps to get down to the dock was a plus and the main reason I chose this property so she could get around. The home itself is relatively secluded down a gravel path, which is nice. The interior design is well done. There are a few sliding doors throughout, so while noise and privacy wasn't a concern with just the two of us, that is something to be aware of if……
