“Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work and it was very hot and humid. It was difficult to sleep even with the windows open. The WIFI was also unstable which made calls for my work a bit difficult at times. I would be in the middle of explaining something in a meeting and the WIFI would drop out. Also, the water temperature was varied a lot when taking a shower. The shower would start out warm and then changed to be freezing cold. Other than those few complaints, the staff were friendly,……

Clear instructions on how to get there (important! as came two hours late - train delay), immediate reactions via whatsapp, clean - loads of restaurants close by and Kyiv Opera is 5 mins walking. Both Figaro and Nabucco were excellent. Room was nice and tidy, bedroom (upstairs) also very good.”
