I was first given room 111. Rug was unfortunately very damp on arrival and after going back up to front reception was given an upgraded room #104 that turned out nicely as originally expected. The only downfall is that the adjacent elevator next door makes compressor noises as it goes up and down. The real reason I gave you good to excellent marks was your staff. Very attentive with the larger room upgrade. Parry the night reception check- in host responded well after my complaint. Kudos. Also, I must mention the breakfast staff attendant / chef was terrific and super pleasant. She was very attentive and friendly smile with a clean service area and a great selection. The only other area to be given a lower mark would be the jacuzzi jets needed to be improved. Clean, hot and bubbly but no nozzle force for the feets!l Great tub and pool though. Will be back through and I will next request room #109 away from the elevator. A little more improvement and perhaps more landscaping / trees would really make you stand out from everyone else! Todo o casi todo estuvo perfecto, solo faltó que limpien la alberca un poco de las orillas, se le quita la mugre con la uña, lo que quiere decir que seria facil con un estropajo darle una limpiadita, por lo demas todo me gustó, pero si lo escogí fue por la alberca y el jacuzzi y me dio asco la mugre de las orillas

The only good thing was the beds were comfortable, but everything was dirty; The counter, bathroom, dust and dirt in every corner of the room. One of the pillows was missing the pillow cover and was yellow stained. The carpet felt sticky. Wouldnt stay here again.

The front desk host was not personable nor helpful . he was short in his responses and showed little interest in my request for assistance. He was in a hurry and disconnected. poor customer service. Our room was filthy and had to get a new room. Elevator was broken and no signage was posted until later that morning. I would like to request a reimbursement.

We appreciate that it’s dog friendly & like the complimentary breakfast which is very good & has several options. I just wish the numerous bags of garbage left by lazy customers outside of their doors & in the stairwell when we checked in, would have been picked up/removed by the time we left the following day, but wasn’t. :(

Roaches, Rudeness, and Filth — I Deserve a Refund I checked in around 11 PM after a long travel day and immediately had the worst hotel experience of my life. The front desk woman was beyond rude — no greeting, just threw her hand at me and said “ID?!” with attitude. I had done pre-check-in to make things smoother, and she only perked up once she realized it meant less work for her. First key didn’t work. When I went back, she blamed me for “holding my phone and the key together,” which apparently deactivates it. (Spoiler: I didn’t.) When I finally got into my room… it was INFESTED with flying roaches. I screamed and called the front desk. She answered just to say she was “off the clock” and someone would help me soon. I waited downstairs for over an hour — exhausted, needing rest for a wedding job the next morning — and no one helped me. Meanwhile, other guests were checked in without issue. Turns out she never told anyone I needed help. When I finally spoke with a different employee, he handed me multiple room keys to check out new options — ALL of which were also disgusting. One had roaches under the sink eating old Cheez-Its. Another had a roach crawl up my leg. The last one didn’t have visible bugs but had dry vomit next to the nightstand, brown stains on the walls and sheets, and used towels with mascara still on them. It was horrific. I barely slept 3 hours before my client’s wedding. I asked for a refund at checkout and was told I needed a manager override. Unsaf
