Overall this is an older property that is in decent condition. However, things like the shower main control handle falls off, the fan in the bathroom ( which comes on with the light) sounds like it is ready to explode and very noisy, the excersize bike and elliptical need service, makes you wonder who is managing this property or what low standards do they have. My primary issue was the check-in was just poorly recieved. The young lady really needs to be trained on basic customer service, like greeting, welcoming, and covering anything about the hotel (wifi, breakfast hours, where to park, where are the elevators) because in this area she scores a zero. Again, this is just a total reflection on the management and really does not take much to turn around. Of course, caring is the most important aspect.
