Desk clerk was rude, ageist and discriminatory as I am disabled. I told her she was rude and refused me service, cancelled my reservation and I had to get another hotel room at Hampton Inn. I called Expedia last night and was told I would get a return call within 2 hours- have not heard back. Called Wyndom customer service and am expecting a call this morning.

Overall this is an older property that is in decent condition. However, things like the shower main control handle falls off, the fan in the bathroom ( which comes on with the light) sounds like it is ready to explode and very noisy, the excersize bike and elliptical need service, makes you wonder who is managing this property or what low standards do they have. My primary issue was the check-in was just poorly recieved. The young lady really needs to be trained on basic customer service, like greeting, welcoming, and covering anything about the hotel (wifi, breakfast hours, where to park, where are the elevators) because in this area she scores a zero. Again, this is just a total reflection on the management and really does not take much to turn around. Of course, caring is the most important aspect.

Well after going 3 times back and for to the front desk for a good working room key they decided to give me another room. This is somehow bad and inconvenient after been behind the wheel for so many hours. I have to add that I was late for my breakfast but one of the ladies working at the kitchen was really nice to spare one of his yogurts, thank you so much for that because I knew I will spend at least 12 hours behind the wheel again. 💕

Wanted to like it…booked to attend a track meet and thought the pool would be something cool for my daughter….we walked in I told my family don’t unpack and we walked out. You can tell it was one of those places they forced to house the homeless during the pandemic…. This place didn’t recover and probably won’t.

door to my room locked itself, had to wait 2 hours for maintenance to break down door and fix it. every time we left the hotel we had to get a new key card for room since the card would deactivate.

I’ve stayed in many hotels over the years, but unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience. Our room had a strong, unpleasant odor that resembled a sewer, and we found trash underneath the bed. Despite requesting a crib in advance for my baby, none was provided. The room was also not soundproof, making it very difficult to rest, and to top it all off, there were long hairs scattered across the bathroom floor. My family and I considered leaving to find another hotel, but it was very late and most nearby options were fully booked. I plan to escalate this issue to management, as the condition of the room and overall service were completely unacceptable.

My experience was not that great. The ac in the room did not work. It was a hot day, but luckily it was somewhat breezy during the night so had the window open, but it was so loud with all the cars and trucks driving by. There were bugs crawling in the bathroom. And there were leftover trash laying on the ground under the sink. This was a very last minute one night stay so I just sucked it up and just needed a place to rest my head at night.

We stay here often when in Livermore & appreciate that it’s a dog friendly hotel, has decent rates, friendly staff, clean rooms with comfy beds, & includes a nice breakfast. The only negative would be the exterior door locks that were broken on our last two recent visits, so hopefully, they’ve fixed it by now.

Have neighbors up stairs that are running around stomping on the floor. Got a hold of front desk and was told quite time is at 9pm. We will call them at 9. After 9 nothing changed. Asked to be transferred was told I can upgrade to a more quiet room for almost the same price I booked this room.. top notch service. First and last time staying here. Also the bathroom shower area has black mold on the ceiling. Just terrible
