We stayed there while attending a conference. The venue was 4 minutes walk from the Exhibition Centre which was very convenient. The 1 bed apartment was spacious with a great view of the Dock and a gorgeous sunrise in the morning. The staff were very professional and accommodating. Chloe was very kind to us during our stay. We will definitely stay here again as we could cook breakfast as the kitchen was fully equipped with all one needs - electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, etc. There grocery stores within walking distance of the Aparthotel. The only downsides were there was no gym (my son noticed this, not me😂) and there was a horrible stench when we walked into the apartment. It would be great to have signage outside the lift with directions to rooms. Otherwise, we had a fabulous stay!

High quality accommodation in a great location. The ground and first floors are still under construction so from outside it looks like it is not open but inside it is excellent. There is a discounted parking scheme at Kings that is about 5 mins walk. 👌 Restaurants at Albert Dock

The dockside Beat Western is a nice property, that has all the amenities you’d require for a short stay. It has well-equipped rooms and the location is fantastic for Albert Dock and the amenities it offers. The man downside is that the room doesn’t have AC so it gets a little warm inside the rooms and leaving the window open isn’t really an option with the traffic noise. Besides that, overall a lovely stay.

Stayed for a few nights. Really convenient for seeing Liverpool centre, Albert dock area. Easy to get buses at bus station a short walk away. Apart-hotel recently refurbished, clean, quiet, good value for extra space rather than hotel room for family (we had bedroom sofa bed). Slept well, shower was excellent.

Above all else just really friendly and helpful staff. The two bedroom apartment was good and served our needs for a 3 night stay well. The shower brilliant. A few little things could be improved like the mattress and ensuing tea towels and toaster in room but this does not detract from the excellent overall experience.

From the outside the building didn’t look very inviting but inside and the apartment were well maintained, clean and the kitchen area was well stocked with cutlery, plates etc. it was nice to arrive to some teabags and milk in the flat. Easy to find and a great quiet location for visiting the city. Lots of places to eat nearby.

Location, Location.

Location was great, right on Albert Dock and close to all the famous sights. The apartment was very nice and new. One of the roller blinds from the living room door was missing, and despite reporting it twice, was not replaced. I hope they fix it for the next booking. Breakfast was in a bag, and collected each morning, and was fine. It contained bottled water, oat cereal, yogurt, a pastry and sometimes an apple. But next time I think I would bring my own food. There is still building work going on, to the Reception area, and I'm sure when complete will be great. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. This was my first visit to Liverpool, and I thought it was amazing. Do go on a walking tour, do the mersey ferry and the city bus to get a good overview. Also, Matthew Street where the famous Cavern Club is.

The apartment is very spacious and well laid out, in a great location on the dockside and easy access into the main shopping/eating & drinking areas. The apartment itself was dirty, the floor was dirty on our arrival, the crockery was dirty in the cupboards. The window in the Devon bedroom wouldn’t close, so my daughter had to sleep in the living room due to the noise. Apartment smelt of smoke from somebody smoking in a nearby apartment. No teabags. Reported concerns to staff who were very nice and tried to help. Complaint still being processed. Sorry won’t be staying here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Dockside and loved the convenience to the attractions nearby. The overall cleanliness of the apartment was great apart from the bathrooms. The facilities in the apartment were super. Unfortunately our stay was ruined by the fire alarm bring triggered in the middle of the night. We understand that 'accidents' happen but with 3 children included in our group it was a horrible experience. The lack of communication ftom staff or apology the next day was unsatisfactory.
