Good location, and the staff is friendly and nice. However, the room was still not ready even after the 3:00 PM check-in time, and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes.

This hotel is quite new and it shows it. The rooms are functional but very small. We had a 3bed room for 3 adults and it held 1 queensize and 1 single bed. There was only a small wardrobe with a couple of hangers and a safe. No drawers etc available. That made it difficult to unpack and we left our things in the suitcase during our stay. The bathroom/shower was very good and the room overall clean. There is a building site next door and our room was directly located to that construction site. Fortunately it seems that most outside work has been done so far. Therefore it wasn't a noise problem, just a bad view. The hotel is only a few steps away from the Liverpool One shopping area and around 5min walk to the Cavern Club and pub area. The Albert Docks are just around the corner and therefore the location is just perfect. We walked from the Liverpool Lime Street Train station and it took us around 10min to get there. Easy walk, just bad roads to pull a suitcase. I can recommend the place but think it it s a bit expensive for what we got roomwise. Expected it a bit roomier.

Only stayed for a night, comfortable stay. Quiet and convenient to points of interest. Staff very accommodating. Good breakfast selection. Only complaint is that there is only 1 chair for a room that can accommodate 2 people- would be nice to have a second chair to be provided.

Best bang for your buck. Very clean and modern rooms, excellent location, great breakfast. They have a deal with the parking nearby (2 minutes walking distance) which is practical. I would strongly recommend considering this hotel

The beds were comfortable, clean towels daily.Tea,coffee biscuits in the room. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was excellent so much choice. The hotel was in a convenient location just 2 mins from the bus station and across the way from the Albert Dock. Would highly recommend.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! So modern, clean, comfortable and welcoming. Perfect walking distance from key locations (eg Albert Dock and city centre). Eager to come back, i really highly recommend!

The experience was great, even before we arrived. I rang a couple of weeks prior, asking if there was a possibility of leaving our luggage at the hotel, pre check in and the lady was so accommodating, understading that this would make our lives a lot easier as we were attending a stadium tour of Anfield at 3pm. When we got the hotel just before 2pm, 3 of out 4 rooms were ready, and they were more than happy to provide us access, allowing us to store our luggage away, giving us even more peace of mind. During the stay itself, we found the hotel to be clean, the bar was fab, and best of all the staff were so friendly and helpful. I have already reccommended this hotel to friends, and will 100% use this hotel again, on my future visits to this wonderful city.

My stay was okay but could have been better. The check-in process was difficult given rooms were not ready on time and there was a long wait to check in. I had some minor issues during my stay with the elevators and my key cards which the staff did promptly attend to. Overall I felt the staff were less accommodating compared with other hotels. I needed a receipt from the hotel for reimbursement through my job (a third party receipt would not be accepted) and they were unable to provide me any documentation of my stay, which I thought was quite weird for a hotel. The room itself was great and comfortable and clean.
