Das Maldron Hotel in Liverpool ist sehr empfehlenswert, da es saubere Zimmer, einen gemütlichen Barbereich und sehr freundliches Personal hat. Besonders möchte ich beim Service "Julia" (eine junge Amerikanerin mit deutscher Großmutter) und sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen hervor heben, die immer fröhlich und sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit war. Die Lage dieses Hotels ist hervorragend, da es nur 5 Minuten zu den Albert Docks und nur 12 Minuten zur Innenstadt (Cavern usw.) braucht. 2 kleine Dinge sollte man aber doch unbedingt verbessern (da sie in Europa zur Grundausstattung gehören) : WC - Bürste ist in einem international geführten Hotel für die Toilette sicherlich Standard - sie fehlt generell. Kleiner Abfallbehälter am Frühstückstisch wäre ebenfalls erforderlich - auch dieser fehlt generell.

The room was clean and had a beautiful view of the skyline of the docks, and was fun stay with my family. The staff was very helpful, provided excellent customer service and was well mannered, and made us feel very welcome. I really loved the option of chrome cast to connect with the tv in the hotel and watch whatever we wanted. Breakfast was delicious and hot, there was a variety of options given to accomodate everyone☺️

Big shout out for accomodating our early arrival due to a connection via Manchester Airport. Hotel and room was nice and clean, though I couldn't get the room to heat up, we had just come from Florida so were feeling the Liverpool weather. Breakfast selection was huge and well presented, grateful for that. Also greatful for the proximinity to Albert Dock and Liverpool One and centre. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel and room were excellent-spotless, well-maintained, and of a very high standard. The central location makes it easy to walk to shopping on one side and cultural attractions on the other, with no need for taxis. Check-in was quick and welcoming.

Good location and some rooms are clean but others showed stains on the sheets. Though there is air conditioning, it is controlled by the administration and they shut it down every night around midnight until early morning. Staff is very unfriendly and made no offers for VIP access until we had to mention it and even then they offered only 20% off drinks for only 24 hours. There is construction across the street which can be noisy in the morning but hopefully this will be resolved for other future guests.
