“They are still doing some remodeling at the hotel. Wi-Fi was good and I had hot water, A/C, and clean room. No elevator so you need to be able to climb stairs (not all steps are same height).
Staff got up at 5am to help us get our rooms after very long travel from the USA. Right across from the police station so it’s safe. ”
“The staff were charming and helpful. What was unsettling is that they did not know we were coming, in spite of our Expedia booking, nor knew that we had paid. Nor did they have internet access 'we are working on it' which made checking the evidence of our payment challenging.”
“No electricity at the time of check-in and before check-out. Apparently the back up generator was faulty too. Room was very hot. When i requested for a fan, i was told that they had non left. No shower gels except to small soap bars. Room appeared abit run down compared to my precious stay 5 years ago. Day 2 breakfast was limited and I had to wait over 45 minutes for replenishment.”
“This was a complete scam. Although we booked and paid via Hotels.com, when we arrived, they said they had no record of pur booking and insisted that we pay (again) at the desk. DO NOT BOOK!”
