“The room was clean. Parking area was also nice. The lobby was also clean. Even though vending machine, microwave oven and coffee were available in the pantry area, but no sinker and tap were provided in the area, and it's not very convenient.”

“Reserved the room and was not informed that there needed to be a 3 party authorization, employee went to hotel and was not able to check in and there was NO one at the front desk to help. Terrible customer service”
