“The house was clean and exactly as advertised. The check-in/check-out process was simple. The host was helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.”

“Beautiful very well maintained lake home. Stunning views from every room. Homely feel and decorated so cute! The pride of the owners is reflected in every space. Do not follow GPS.. follow host directions. Fully stocked kitchen was appreciated. Outdoor spaces for grilling and lounging were amazing! Beds were so comfy! Rain dampened our stay but the comfort of the home made me not want to leave. Close to town but being right on the lake made for a peaceful oasis! Leaving the boat tied to the dock……

“This was the perfect home for a girl’s getaway weekend. The home had everything we needed and more. The two outdoor seating/eating areas were perfect, the reclining sofas in the family room, super comfortable beds, a huge main suite, plenty of night lights so we could find our way around in the dark, a beautiful lake view, and everything we needed in the kitchen. We’ll be back for round two! ”

“We had an excellent time. The view is amazing. Everything is new and clean. We went to several parks- little River Canyon is a must see Wildlife Preserve. DeSoto Falls powered the first hydro hydro electric dam. There are many waterfalls in this area. They are seasonal and to view them. You Office need to come in the winter, but they had a lot of rain and we were able to see several. ”

“Grove cottages is a lovely quality home, not just a ‘holiday cottage’. Only real downside is the narrow lanes closest to it, but that applies to much of the area. As well as parking space alongside outbuilding across the lane and a narrow slope at the side of the cottage (where the electric car charger is), there’s more private parking behind a gate at the end of the garden, just out of view of the cottage. Large well-equipped kitchen and helpful to have three toilets and showers; all had decent……

“It is difficult to find a place with room enough for our large family to vacation together - Grandma and Grandpa, seven adult children, spouses, and grands - but the Big Lake House was absolutely perfect. Couples had their own bedrooms, cousins LOVED the large bunk room and loft, and we all appreciated the ample gathering spaces (kitchen, living room, upstairs den, outdoor living areas). We had several days of rain during our recent stay - no problem, as the house comes with plenty of games and……
