“A fantastic place to stay for visiting Victoria Falls! I stayed in one of the rooms within the campsite part of the grounds. It was perfect for what I needed - a comfy bed and a clean private bathroom. The basic rooms don't have TVs but it wasn't missed as I spent most of my time on the riverside patio at the restaurant! Having the Safpar booking office right on site was super convenient. They were able to arrange a trusted taxi driver who provided return transport to the falls, as well as……

“The accommodation was fair. Located in a convenient and easily accessible location. Catering was good except for breakfast which was very limited. This is a touristy area so the nightclub music is very loud until early hours of the morning even In the week. The property does not have a generator so there is only WiFi access for 6 hours a day. Zambia is currently going through severe power outages, with 6 hours electricity every 18 hours. ”

“Great location and that it’s right on the border of the entrance to Victoria Falls. I went to the Falls almost every day. The sister property, which is Royal Livingston had additional restaurants, a bar and a spa, which was right on the Zambezi river and a relaxing experience. On all of the attributes I rated excellent. The only reason I gave it four and not five stars is because the Avani hosts conference is quite regularly. With all the conference hours, it just was a bit more overpopulated in……
