The villa is exceptional and owners Alex and Claren made sure absolutely everything was taken care of. From the bi-weekly cleaning of the pool to the weekly house cleaning and the regular communication by WhatsApp offering us help and tips for our stay in Puglia. “Quite central for the Istria valley ”

“La struttura e' molto carina anche se necessiterebbe di un rinnovo dei locali comunque le stanze sono pulite. Ogni camera ha un piccolo patio al coperto con un tavolo e 4 sedie. C'è anche un piccolo cucinino con le cose essenziali. Il frigo è capiente. La posizione è molto comoda per accedere alla spiaggia, solo 10 minuti a piedi. C'è un piccolo bar dove si può fare colazione (a costo extra). ”

“We had a wonderful seven weeks at Ceglie Messipca. There are grocery stores, bakeries, cheese boutiques, butchers, pharmacies, markets, and numerous restaurants in the town. The cottage is also close to all neighbouring towns. It is easy to get around Puglia from this location. We loved the proximity to everything. At the same time, we loved the seclusion and privacy at the cottage. Rocco was very helpful. He immediately answered any questions we had. He also left a few groceries to get……
