At first glance, this place checks all the boxes of a hotel - it looks like one, smells like one, and operates like one - but the hospitality was seriously lacking. The staff showed little effort or enthusiasm in making guests feel welcome.
When we requested a refrigerator, we were flatly told that only "superior" rooms had them and there was nothing they could do. The only alternative was an ice machine in the lobby, with small drink cups as the only option for transport—hardly convenient.
The real disappointment came when we asked for a to-go breakfast for an early flight. Apparently, orders had to be placed by noon - something that was never communicated. The staff showed zero flexibility, wouldn’t even leave a note for the morning team, and offered no alternative. Not even an apple for the road.
While the hotel displays cheerful quotes about smiling and service, our experience was anything but. Dirty glasses weren’t replaced when our room was refreshed, and the paper-thin walls meant we heard every noise from our neighbors. The location is convenient, and it provides a place to sleep, but the lack of effort from the staff left us disappointed.
