“Este fin de semana hemos estado en el hotel. El hotel precioso, y nos sorprendió cuando llegamos y desconectamos muchísimo. Por la noche me di cuenta de que el lavabo (la pica de las manos) perdía agua en su conexión con la pared. Llamamos a los números de emergencia que nos habían facilitado, sin obtener respuesta. “Terrible experience—the GPS coordinates and instructions were incorrect and we ended up in the middle of nowhere, with four kids. We called the Albergue for four hours at the number they provided, between check-in hours, no answer. Emailed the property, no answer. We ended up reserving another hotel on the spot after wasting an entire afternoon trying to contact this hotel. We were charged anyway. Not sure if we just couldn’t find the place and no one responds, or whether it doesn’t even exist……

“Literie mauvaise qualité. Il manquait des ampoules salle de bain les caches interrupteurs faisaient que tomber et donc difficile d'allumer. La climatisation ne marchait pas. Aucune tablette pour poser un produit salle de bain. Et réclamation de la facture alors que c'était déjà payé depuis le jour de la réservation. Votre site a vous ne mentionne aucun numéro de réservation et le paiement est affiché sur la 3e page. Pas clair du tout expedia c'est expédié. Non pas……
