“Fantastic property which has everything we needed, warm and cosy but with an all modern interior Fantastic views,we saw plenty of the wildlife ,sheep with their lamb's also birds of prey hoovering just in front of the window, bats at night, and the occasional military jet or plane buzz past. Friendly owners who are on hand but don't invade on privacy. we really enjoyed our stay while visiting the area ,we will definitely recommend and stay again. ”

“Amazing cottage in centre of Hay on Wye, cosy and comfortable with everything needed for a restful and enjoyable break away form the hustle and bustle of normal life. There was not enough time to explore the area to the full and we are already planning on returning next year for longer stay.”

The layout of the property is perfect and there are lots of seating areas if you are looking to relax. Checkin process was super simple and the host is always on hand if required. “We absolutely loved our stay at Trebarried Mill. The house is huge, and so comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were very comfortable. We had incredible weather, so we spent lots of time on the patio, and hiking around the surrounding hills and villages. We would go back in an instant!”

“Really nice apartment right in the middle of town. Very comfortable beds and lovely cosy lounge. The kitchen area is also very tidy with all you need to cook for your family. Would definitely stay here again. Only slight downside is the noise from the flats above and below, but this was daytime only noise. We slept very well. Overall very enjoyable stay. ”

“I went there to find peace and tranquillity and found it in spades. Lovely clean and well appointed cottage, nothing you need has been forgotten and if it isn't there you don't need it. Beautiful valley side setting with veiws and Red Kites flying over. My only regret is i wasn't there long enough but now I've found it i will return.”
