I liked the location on the prom, friendly welcome, bathroom & shower were very clean. Good value for money & easy to find. TV worked well & bed was comfy. It was fine for a solo traveller and the beach was about 30 metres from the hotel.

Nice welcome. Helpful staff. White pristine bed linen and towels. Family room great with double bed and 2 singles for kids. Kettle, tea, coffee etc. En suite bathroom good but could do with updating. Good hot water and shower though. Price was right.

This place was absolutely awful. We booked a family room and were given a room in the basement. The room smelt dirty and damp. The curtains were hanging off the rail. There was a hole in the floor. The windows were filthy, which wasn't a bad thing as it helped to block the view of the concrete wall. The light in the bathroom was broke, so it was really dark in there. The shelf in the bathroom was not attached properly so anything put on there kept falling off. The sink had a massive crack in and should be replaced immediately. The wardrobe was knacked and had a horrible smell inside. When we opened the wardrobe it was full of empty beer cans and beer bottles. I guess the previous occupants got drunk to cope with staying there. So overall I wouldn't recommend staying here.

No staff to great you when we arrived, we had to try and speak to someone via a ring doorbell with bad reception. Poor facilities with no hot water. Definitely not deluxe as described in advert. Shabby secondhand furniture throughout that I wouldn't even give away. Bed that you could feel the springs I could go on but you get the idea. Very disappointing. Asked for call back regarding no hot water situation and no response from management.

Au début on nous avait donné une chambre au sous-sol. C'était très humide, malpropre. Il y avait des sacs à poubelles qui traînaient dans le corridor. Jamais nous n'aurions accepté de dormir là. On nous a donné une autre chambre à l'étage. C'était un peu mieux mais sans plus. Le service était très lent(on devait donner plusieurs fois avant d'avoir une réponse) mais le personnel courtois. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hébergement, même pour le prix.

The first room was completely covered with flies and unsafe and a hole at the door where a mouse could easily come in , so we got it changed, but the second room still had flies. Beds were horrible. No proper ventilation. Will never recommend this stay again. Very disappointed.

The staff are good but the need to improve for cleaning the rooms. I just get 1 teabag and 3 sugar for 3days no-one come and change the cups and fill the tea or empty the bin The bed was broken firstly the mattress has a hole at the end when I removed the linen wants to turn it the bed was broken some wood on the floor it's means no-one is cleaning properly Customer service is very important
