“Location was excellent, house was huge, lots of space for 10 guests. Rooms were comfortable and ensuites in each room. Ad needs updating as there isnt a hot tub. ”

“The chalet was cute, compact & self contained. It did us really nicely, even with 5 of us. The owner was really helpful and always replied to any communication we made with her. The beds were comfy, even the put up one. The view is great. It would benefit from a shower being installed.”

“Lovely week in this house. We were 3 families. Made use of the 2 car park passes and were able to park the other car in the road alongside the car park. We spent most of our time in the kitchen/dining room which is a nice communal area. Showers were really powerful. Location is great for train station and walking down to the main area. Recommend the Indian restaurant and Dovey Inn.”

“This booking was a disaster. Due to medical emergency had to cancel Contacted Hotels,com to say wasnt going and tried to get the booking deferred but the client would not allow it. The client is not the pleasant couple who own the property but a company in Holland with a 1 star reputation. On booking got a flood of e-mails and documents from Holland with a huge list of does and donts. The contract was with Hotels.com not some company that would never have chosen to do business with. “Absolutely lovely spot. We were lucky with the weather and had the place to ourselves. The property is rustic, environmentally friendly, and hosts Sophie and Paul were relaxed and welcoming. We had our own garden area. It was really handy for the beaches around Newquay and Cardigan. We loved it. All the facilities we needed, comfortable and cosy. Plus pigs and donkeys! Perfect for us.”

“There was mold round the bottom of the shower and it needed a proper clean. ”

“Location excellent. Grounds and gardens beautiful with plenty of wildlife. Cottage quaint but in need of modernisation. Kitchen basic but needs new drawers as couldn't open many. Not much surface space to prepare food on. No where to keep supplies purchased other than work surfaces and fridge. Shower was not great, needs to be attached to the wall. Could do with a proper electric one to be honest. Bathroom bin not emptied from previous occupier. No wifi and phone signal not great. Not always a……

“Fabulous weekend great entertainment lovely swimming pool and very peaceful around the campsite. Caravan was spotless and had everything you needed for a great break there .”
