“We spent 3 nights at the property. It is well situated for easy access to neighbouring towns especially Carmarthen approximately 7 miles away and, which is well appointed with shops, drinking and eating establishments and with many retail outlets nearby. There are several attractions in the area which we were not able to take advantage of because of time. Kidwelly is a short trip (go to The Old Moathouse for excellent tapas - it is right next to the castle) and Tenby a bit further but well worth……

“Location excellent. Grounds and gardens beautiful with plenty of wildlife. Cottage quaint but in need of modernisation. Kitchen basic but needs new drawers as couldn't open many. Not much surface space to prepare food on. No where to keep supplies purchased other than work surfaces and fridge. Shower was not great, needs to be attached to the wall. Could do with a proper electric one to be honest. Bathroom bin not emptied from previous occupier. No wifi and phone signal not great. Not always a……

“We were a group of 6 adults, 6 children and 4 dogs. The house offered a perfect base to explore the local areas. The kitchen is one of the most well equipped we have stayed in which was perfect for cooking meals to enjoy together in the house. The garden is perfect for the kids and dogs to run around in and the children spent ages occupying themselves on the tyre swing. The little walled courtyard was perfect for letting the dogs out without having to watch them in the main garden. The hosts are……

“The location was great. It had everything we needed. It was just outdated and as not used often could do with a good spring clean. Great size rooms, and sauna and Jacuzzi bath. Overall a wonderfully peaceful property. Our first trip with our dog and she loved the freedom and the woods for walks. ”
