“I stayed for 2 nights with my mother at Dennis's wonderful Cabanas. It is a lovely property and has a wonderful vintage 50's era style and charm to the property. There was a sweet dog named Mimosa who was a greeter and become a fast friend during our stay there. The rooms are larger than we thought. It was a comfortable stay in the Cabanas and it has great hot showers. There were plenty of places to sit outside on the porch and also a hammock to relax in. “It was quiet and secluded. The gardens were amazing. Our accommodations were perfect for us. We did see some birds including a peacock and a toucan but were probably more interested in the plants than the birds. The pool was great. There are a great selection of restaurants and a well stocked grocery store in El Valle as well as lots of things to do even in rainy weather.”
