“Upon entry, the staff was very kind and accommodating given our limited Spanish skills. The check-in was seamless and the check-out the same. The room was clean and had everything we needed, as well as extra beverages and chocolates in the fridge. The view of the beach was great and was across the street in short walking distance. The hotel at night is breathtaking, great lighting and rainforest aesthetic and the pools were also clean and well-maintained. The restaurant across the street offered……

“The service at the hotel was excellent. Every staff member was very helpful and extremely nice. I stayed there with my mother and they were very nice to both of us. Breakfast is provided and it was very good. The ladies that work in the kitchen were very nice and helpful in getting your breakfast just right. The parking is limited but the staff are very helpful in keeping track of the vehicles in case you do need to park behind some one. Very secured with 24 hour surveillance. Front desk……
