"Booked a 3 bed flat and was charged for a 3 bed flat. Instead of getting what we had booked we had to move every night from a 2 bed flat to a studio flat and back to another 2 bed flat (there was 4 of us). Instead of offering an compensation they just said that it was my fault."

Good location, good value cottage, but
"We enjoyed staying at this cottage and it made a great base for exploring the southern coast of Cardigan Bay, which has some fabulous stretches of the coastal path. However, the cottage was really cold when when arrived mainly because the owner insists on turning the radiators to frost setting and ..."
