“We enjoyed staying at this cottage and it made a great base for exploring the southern coast of Cardigan Bay, which has some fabulous stretches of the coastal path. However, the cottage was really cold when when arrived mainly because the owner insists on turning the radiators to frost setting and then locking them. The heating instructions left in the cottage folder are really out of date and relate to a heating system that is no longer there (night storage heaters that the instructions say……

It is well situated for easy access to neighbouring towns especially Carmarthen approximately 7 miles away and, which is well appointed with shops, drinking and eating establishments and with many retail outlets nearby. There are several attractions in the area which we were not able to take advantage of because of time. Kidwelly is a short trip (go to The Old Moathouse for excellent tapas - it is right next to the castle) and Tenby a bit further but well worth……
