“El hotel muy agradable. La ubicacion es privilegiada para circuito chico, no tanto para el pueblo ni para Villa la Angostura ya que si esta lejos. Tiene una alberca maravillosa que esta climatizada. El restaurante tiene una vista espectacular y algunas habitaciones tambien.”

“Maravilhosa! Toda equipe muito solicita. Viajamos com bebê de 3 meses e a equipe nos ajudou muito. Tem restaurante com jantar no hotel, dá pra ir a pé ao mercado e 2 restaurantes próximos e a uma praia no lago com pier. Vista espetacular de tirar o fôlego. O recepcionista Estevão foi muito querido e simpatico assim como todos os funcionários. Voltaremos com certeza!”

“Atendimento dos funcionários foi maravilhoso. O quarto é muito charmoso, com cama grande, lençóis e toalhas de qualidade, hidromassagem com sais de banho, churrasqueira disponível no jardim, excelente café da manhã servido no quarto. A localização é maravilhosa. ”

“Tamanho do apartamento ótimo. Tudo bem cuidado e funcionando. No geral, as instalações do hotel são muito boas. A unica observação é com relação à avenida Bustillo, que dá acesso ao hotel, transito nos dois sentidos e muito movimentada, o que dificulta a entrada e saida.”

“Beautiful setting on the lake. It's all about that view. Room was spacious, clean and in great condition. So many good things to say. The only things that would make this a 10/10 is cushions for the chairs on our private terrace, cleaning the beach lounger cushions which were very stained and cleaning off the ash from the restaurant cushions. They were covered in ash from the fire. Also, people kept walking across the private terrace in front of our room! There needs to be better signage.……

“Stayed in the Panoramic suite, spectacular view, far removed from the street, so super serene, a great place to enjoy some quiet time. We enjoyed the spacious and comfortable room, large screen television, and the complete kitchen was a great bonus for us. Room cleaning, restaurant, front desk and grounds staff all excellent. Breakfast was great quality, basically the same each day, but what they provided was excellent, more than sufficient options, with superb service. Cons: Mattress and……

“El Hotel es muy lindo y los amenities que tiene no son tan buenos como la piscina, las canchas de tenis no tienen ni alquilan raquetas y el personal no se ve muy contento ni a gusto. El desayuno muy normal para la categoria de Hotel que es y creo que hay mucho mejores hoteles con mas valor precio calidad en Bariloche. Deberían alcanzar la categoria de Marriot Bonvoy en el mundo”
