“I can’t speak highly enough for this hotel and it’s staff. We booked at the last minute after a debacle with an Airbnb. They were immensely, friendly and accommodating in any request. The rooms were beautiful. The grounds were beautiful. They had a small business center and had an amazing spa with treatment rooms a beautiful heated pool a Jacuzzi steam sauna showers. Complementary breakfast was wonderful and the restaurant was very good food at a good value. This was an amazing last-minute find……

“Hermosa estadia en Equs. Todos fueron muy amables, llegamos muy tarde para el checkin por demoras en nuestro vuelo y desde la posada estuvieron muy atentos y disponibles para recibirnos a la hora que sea. El lugar es hermoso, el desayuno y atencion personalizada fue lo mejor de nuestra estadia. El desayuno super casero, rico y completo y nos dieron muchas recomendaciones para conocer Bariloche. Muy recomendable!!”

“Una vista muy bonita donde se desayuna. El personal muy amable, el desayuno muy rico. El inconveniente es que no hay una tienda cerca, no cambian dolares y detalles como que no sirvió el control remoto y no había otro de repuesto, pero esas cosas pasan desapercibidas con el trato del personal, nos dieron la habitación antes y eso se agradece ya que veníamos muy cansados del vuelo y nos consiguieron un par de medias lunas en el desayuno aunque ya no había, esas cosas hacen que nuestra estancia……

“We had a fantastic stay. Our suite had a clear view of the lake and the mountains beyond. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful: they gave great recommendations for restaurants, driving day trips, and hiking trails. Highly recommend for those who prefer an inn (pousada) instead of a larger hotel.”
