“Séjour globalement correct. L’hôtel est très propre et bien entretenu, ce qui est appréciable. En revanche, l’expérience avec le personnel de l’accueil a été décevante : attitude désagréable et manque de professionnalisme. On nous avait autorisé un départ tardif la veille, mais le lendemain on nous a finalement facturé un supplément.
