“Llegamos a las 20:00 para hacer el check-in y la recepción estaba cerrada, no cogían el teléfono y No me enviaron mail con instrucciones ni el código para entrar. El resto todo bien! ”

“We stayed in a 1 bed apartment in floor -3. It had good views of the Peretol ski range. You could walk there from the parking garage but there was a free bus that ran from just outside the apartments to both the Peretol and Grau Roig resorts. G.R. is larger and it is possible to ski from there and finish at Peretol for the end of the day. We are Green & Blue skiers and the slopes are wide and nice to practice on and the queues for chairlifts were very low too. we came in Feb just before English……

“Très mauvaise expérience avec cette appartement. Nous sommes arrivés après 20h et il n’y a plus personne pour vous accueillir. Il vous donne un lien afin de vous enregistrer et de recevoir le code pour les clés. L’enregistrement est long et inefficace puisque nous avons jamais reçu notre code et personne pour nous aider. L’entrée de l’appartement est insalubre. Déconseille fortement.”

“The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay again. ”

“Très bon accueil de la part de Sébastien. Le chalet est très bien situé. Très bien équipé. Grâce au poêle nous n'avons pas eu froid malgré quelques petits désagrément. Très bon séjour. La literie est confortable. Nous reviendrons ”

“Echamos de menos algunas cosas de equipamie to: secador de pelo y mas variedad de cazuelas, sartenes y otros utensilios de cocina. Limpieza en general bien aunque encontramos un estuche de gafas detras de una cortina que nos dio una idea del desempeño de los equipos de limpieza. El lavavajillas marcaba falta de sal y abrillantador pero no parecio que al equipo de mantenimiento les importase. Tuvimos que pedir en recepcion los filtros del cafe. ”
