“We loved our 2 night stay at this property. The grounds are well maintained and the pool in the center courtyard is very calming. The apartment was clean and well stocked with all we needed for our stay. It's a bit of a walk past the main square, but the distance helps to get away from the pumping music in town! “We booked the reservation on VRBO as we have done in so many instances, and always paid VRBO directly, who in turns, compensates the property owner.Someone texted me on WhatsApp 1-2 days before the trip saying they were the owner & we needed to pay them in addition to what we already paid VRBO. I have never seen a request and my biggest concern was that this was fraud, , so we would NOT provide our credit card.The entire supplemental request felt very peculiar to us, and again, we have NEVER……

“My daughter and I came to take surf lessons in Sayulita, but had to stay a night in San Pancho because we love it so much. This place did not disappoint! Originally we had a different room, but the air conditioning wasn’t working so they gave us an option to switch. We were on the top floor and it felt like being in a treehouse. The room was wonderful and the bed was comfortable. The location is right near the main part of magical San Pancho. We loved everything about this place and the staff……
