"Tom's property is a very comfortable and cozy place for a group. The kitchen is well organized for preparing food for a larger group. The beds are particularly comfy...had the best couple nights of sleep I've had in years! I just wish we could have spent a week!"

Great for a friend stay
"Old farmhouse, so if ladybugs aren’t your thing and you expect a modern interior- skip it. But if you know Rumford, love history and look for the cute quirks in a house- this is your place. It has so much character and the most spacious place I’ve ever stayed."
