Beautiful semi-detached house "Le Coup de Coeur". In the district of Moulin de la Rive 2.5 km from the centre of Locquirec, 3.5 km from the centre of Guimaec, 19 km from the centre of Morlaix, 250 m from the sea, 250 m from the beach. Private: property 300 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Outdoor shower. In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop "Moulin de la Rive" 170 m, sandy beach "Moulin de la Rive" 250 m. Golf course (18 hole) 32 km, surf school 250 m, sailing school 6 km, riding stable 17 km, walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Cairn de Barnenez 19 km, Lannion 25 km, Ploumanac'h - Côte du Granit Rose 39 km, Roscoff et Jardin exotique, île de Batz 45 km, Vallée des Saints (Carnoet) 45 km, Oceanopolis Brest 75 km. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), TV. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. Wooden floors. 2 terraces, south facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. High Speed Internet.

Jahreswechsel in der Bretagne

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Großes Sofa, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine. Und das Highlight für den Winter der Holzofen. Leider ging im oberen Bad die Heizung nicht.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
