Should have been provided without having to request the info every time we realized a new thing was not communicated. (Check-in procedures, where to park, WiFi information, etc) The location is good but that’s it. We stayed 10 minutes before determining that this place was completely unacceptable. “Pros: Victor was a great host with quick response. The townhome was very spacious and close to shopping centers. Cons: It can use a little TLC on cleaning. Wasn’t a big deal, there were cleaning supplies there to get the job done but with cleaning fees it should already be cleaned. I have OCD so I was going to clean regardless. If in the area again I will be sure to book.”

“This house is a scam. Do not waste your money. We arrived to the house & the owners were home to inform us that they owned & lived in this house & that it should not be on any rental sites. Whoever is doing this left me, my husband., our 2 year old daughter, 9 month old son & pets stranded after we evacuated Florida from hurricane Milton. Whoever’s doing this should be ashamed & appalled with themselves. ”
